Event notification
The CMS operator receives an alarm notification in the system and begins to analyze what type of notification it is.
Alarm treatment
After viewing the received events, the operator contacts the customer to inform them of the occurrence.
Notifying the authorities
After the alarm confirmation, the operator contacts the authorities, in accordance with the private security laws.

Vihume is a Central Monitoring Station based in Torres Novas – Portugal, with almost 20 years of experience in the electronic security systems sector.
We work in partnership with a wide range of global manufacturers of intrusion, CCTV, access control, and fire detection systems.
We are committed to partnering with companies previously registered with the PSP, enabling us to market 24-hour connection services to CRA Vihume.
Currently we have more than 130 partner companies with a total of 5000 systems connected to our CMS.
Software used
Manitou®
Manitou® is BoldGroup’s alarm management software that monitors intrusion, fire, and video surveillance systems in real time.
This software is constantly updated and integrates with most brands on the market.
Immix® CS
Immix® CS is one of the platforms used in our Central Monitoring Station, which unifies various security products into a simple interface.
It allows the integration of over 500 video, audio, alarm, and GPS systems into a single interface. This allows us to offer services compatible with different manufacturers, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Immix is also integrated with Manitou® software.
